As a consultancy company specialising in the recruitment and development of human resources, since 1994 ANTHOS has been supporting companies of varying sizes and from very different business sectors to ensure the success of their investments in human resources.

Our team and network of independent partners with whom we have built strong relationships can help you to define your recruitment, HR development requirement and then propose solutions to help you meet these. Each member of ANTHOS is committed to observe total confidentiality regarding its clients, who provide it with information concerning their development projects, and regarding the applicants who reveal key information concerning their careers and wishes. ANTHOS is managed by two associated Directors: Hélène Peingnez and Vincent Hoche.

PhD in valuation criteria in Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and graduated in Industrial Studies in Thessaloniki, Hélène also followed a Financial Control training in Paris 8 University.
After professional experiences as a Recruiter in different consulting companies, she joined ANTHOS in 1998 to develop the international business. In 2005, she became President and co-owner of ANTHOS and Glasford International France.

Vincent studied Philosophy at Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris for 6 years (he holds a Master’s degree and prepared the admission contest for teaching in University), before choosing to work in Human Resources. He joined ANTHOS in 1999 to develop Assessment practices and to manage recruitment projects for various industries. In 2005, he became Managing Director and co-owner of ANTHOS and Glasford International France.
